Where will the LowCountry Irish Fest take place?

The festival will take place at the Charleston Music Hall, a beautiful 935 seated theatre which is located in historic downtown Charleston. The address is 37 John Street, Charleston, SC  29403.  Click here to view map.

How do I get tickets?
Advance tickets can be purchased online through the Music Hall's website HERE
. Tickets can also be purchased at the Music Hall Box Office at 37 John St., Charleston, SC, prior or the day of the event. The Box Office accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover at all times. Cash is only accepted on the day of the show.

What are the box office hours?
The Box Office is open every Monday through Thursday from 12PM to 6PM, and Friday from 10AM to 6PM.  If a show is on a Saturday or Sunday, the Box Office will open an hour before the show starts.

Unless otherwise posted, our venue is all ages, all the time. An ID is required if you plan on imbibing in alcoholic beverages.  We will X under agers / those without IDs at the door. There is no dress code and we do not have a coat check.

What are the door times?
This is a one day, all-day event with the doors opening at 12:00 noon. Opening and welcoming remarks will begin at 1:00pm with our first music warm-up performance starting at 1:15 pm. There will be continuous Irish music and dance until 7:00pm.

Will there be food and beverages available?

The Charleston Music Hall will offer an assortment of snacks and candy at each bar. There will be food items available in the alleyway across the street. There will be two bars inside the venue: one on the first floor and one upstairs. Each bar typically offers wine, bottled beer, and draft beer, as well as soda and bottled water. Food and beverages are allowed inside, and we encourage you to take them to your seat. The bars accept cash AND/OR credit cards. The merchandise counter typically accepts CASH only. No adult beverages are allowed outdoors on the street or in the alleyway.

Is there an ATM available?

Yes. The ATM is located in the downstairs lobby next to the bar.

Are there any restaurants available nearby:

Yes. We recommend any of these restaurants which are located right next door: Coast, Rue de Jean, Vincent Chicco's, Victor Social Club, and Michael's on the Alley.

We need to book a hotel. Are there any hotels near the Music Hall?

Yes. We recommend The Hampton Inn, which is located right next door at 345 Meeting St., Charleston, SC and can be reached at (843) 723-4000.

Will there be any activities for children?

No. There are no scheduled activities for children.

Will there be any craft vendors?

No. There will be no outdoor vendors planned for this event.

What if I lose my ticket or an item at the event?

There is a lost and found at the Music Hall. Found items will be placed behind the Box Office. The LowCountry Irish Fest and The Charleston Music Hall assumes no responsibility for lost items. If you have lost your ticket prior to the performance, call the music hall at (843) 853-2252 and we will be more than happy to reprint your ticket and have it waiting for you at wall call the day of the event.

Where do I park for the event?

The Camden Garage is located next door and offers $5 event parking. $5 event parking begins 1 hour before doors. You MUST grab a blue event ticket from the garage upon entry in order to take advantage of $5 event parking. The garage is not affiliated with the Charleston Music Hall. The garage is run by the City of Charleston and ABM Parking. If that garage is full, there is parking available at the Visitor Center Garage. There is also valet parking in front of Joe's Pasta. This valet parking is also NOT associated with The Charleston Music Hall.
